Enjoy, unwind, and relax aboard Morskie Oko. Designed to perfection and specifically fitted for the best time on BVI'S waters, this 2025 Elba 45, built with four cabins and four heads, is perfectly made to accommodate eight people on board comfortably. Her progressive and stylish design offers private spaces and plenty of shared areas to lounge and unwind. Each cabin includes a super comfortable queen-sized bed, equipped with a reading nightlight on each side and USB chargers, providing you with the perfect private space to relax and rejuvenate. The large head, which includes a separate shower, gives you all the space you would need to get ready for your next vacation day. This boat design also provides incredible interior living space, which is very practical and includes plenty of storage areas. The main galley will support any gourmet chef's talents and needs. It is equipped with a water filtration system plus an additional drinking water filter, two large refrigerator drawers, a separate freezer, coffee makers, an ice maker, a large oven, and a microwave. There is also an additional cockpit fridge. The main salon provides ample space to sit and relax with two skylights and a 360-degree view through the expansive windows. The opening from the galley brings you to a spacious open cockpit with plenty of seating areas for eight people during breakfast, a picturesque sunset dinner, or anytime in between. The transom is connected to the multifunctional swim-out platform: it stores the dinghy during passages. It provides easy access in and out of the dinghy and opportunities for plenty of fun in the water during anchorage. The upper level, right next to the helm station, offers a large open space with lounge cushions and plenty of seating—ideal for sunbathing and stargazing while providing the best views during sailing adventures. Our trampoline is soft-covered, which provides extra comfort while walking and additional enjoyment from the waves. Morskie Oko has the best generator; two upgraded 60 HP Volvo engines, five air conditioning systems, radar, and a Starlink satellite system.

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance your charter is canceled. Review the complete policy before making your initial deposit.
Once a charter is reserved and the deposit received, all payments are non-refundable except where Cancellation Insurance ($200) is added to the booking prior to the deposit being made. The Cancellation Insurance fee itself is non-refundable.
If a charter is canceled 120 days or more before embarkation, a refund is issued less a $300 administrative fee.
If a charter is canceled between 60 and 119 days before embarkation, a deposit is held as a voucher on file, valid for 24 months from the date of cancellation. Applied to a future charter. Must cancel before final balance is due.
If a charter is canceled between 30 and 59 days before embarkation, Waypoints retains 75% of total charter fee. Remaining 25% issued as a reschedule voucher, valid for 24 months from the date of cancellation.
If a charter is canceled between 0 and 29 days before embarkation, the charter is fully non-refundable. No credit or voucher issued.
Cancellation insurance must be added before the deposit is paid. It cannot be added, changed, or waived afterward. Clients may decline in writing before payment.
The charterer is also advised that Travel Insurance is highly recommended for all travelers to all destinations.
Automatically Added
The Cancellation Insurance Fee will be automatically added to your booking. You may decline this fee before making the initial deposit. Once the deposit has been made, the insurance fee becomes non-refundable.
