Waypoints has one of the most experienced yacht management teams in the industry. After every charter, your yacht goes through a rigorous inspection and maintenance process — so the next guest, or the next owner cruise, begins with a boat that’s in exactly the condition it should be.
Post-charter and ongoing maintenance includes:
- Full electrical, mechanical, and rigging inspection after every charter
- Hull inspection and regular preventative hull dives
- Deep cleaning after every use
- Thorough check-in and check-out with guests, including a walk-through inspection
- Regular preventative maintenance throughout the season
- Completion of warranty work and claims
- End-of-season maintenance: bottom painting, servicing thru-hulls and sail drives
- Full hurricane and storm preparation plan
Owner transparency: Our management software gives owners direct access to their yacht’s complete service history — engine hours, generator hours, and all maintenance records in one place.

Our docks in historic Eastport overlook the city of Annapolis and the Naval Academy — one of the most celebrated sailing ports on the East Coast. The Chesapeake Bay offers over 11,000 miles of shoreline, a full April–October sailing season, and waterfront towns that have been welcoming cruising sailors for centuries.
Waypoints BVI
The British Virgin Islands are consistently ranked among the finest charter destinations in the world. Our base sits in the heart of Nanny Cay on Tortola, with a supermarket, local restaurants, spa, swimming pool, luxury shower facilities, and free WiFi all within easy reach — and the Sir Francis Drake Channel waiting just outside the harbor.
Waypoints USVI
Our Frenchtown base in St. Thomas puts guests from airport to anchorage in under two hours, surrounded by the natural beauty and colonial character of the USVI. The Virgin Islands National Park, hundreds of protected moorings, and world-class snorkeling across St. Thomas and St. John make this one of the most accessible and rewarding charter grounds in the Caribbean.
