We can be reached easily from highways or waterways: From 880 Northbound-- Exit at 23rd Avenue. Move into the far left lane. U-turn to reverse direction at the first available opportunity. Continue on the 880 overpass to and across the Park Street Bridge. Turn right at Clement Avenue--the second traffic light after crossing the bridge. Follow Clement Ave. approximately 3/4 mile. You'll begin seeing the brown buildings of Alameda Marina on your right. Turn right into Gate 7--Alameda Marina's main gate. You'll see a white guard house immediately ahead of you with a green sign; follow the arrows to Waypoint in Building 24. From 880 Southbound-- Exit at 23rd Avenue. Continue straight off the exit on Kennedy Street and eventually across the Park Street Bridge. Turn right at Clement Avenue--the second traffic light after crossing the bridge.
