Inside the continental U. S.

Orders received Monday through Friday by 1 p.m. (Pacific Time) are routinely shipped the same day. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX Ground service unless you request another method.  Expedited shipping methods are available at extra cost; same day courier delivery is available for San Francisco-area orders.

If you request shipment by U. S. Postal Service, please be aware that we cannot reliably track USPS shipments and that Waypoint is NOT responsible for USPS shipments that do not reach you.  They cannot be claimed for non-delivery of goods because they cannot be traced to their destination.

Outside the continental U. S.

Shipments to U. S. territories or possessions are by insured Priority Mail. Shipments to other areas are by FedEx or U. S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail; please call, fax, or e-mail for estimated shipping charges and recommended methods.  While we do accept international orders through our web site we cannot reliably bill at the time you place your order for shipping costs.  We will contact you after receiving your order to discuss costs and methods.

Any product that is shipped internationally may be subject to local tariffs and taxes above the cost of the product--even if your order is clearly marked "Yacht in Transit". We find that different countries administer import fees "creatively"--fees often vary, depending on a particular administrator's interpretation of local regulations. We must bill you for all shipping, handling, tariffs, and taxes incurred as a result of your purchase.
