Return Policy Waypoint's goal is to make shopping with us simple. However, we recognize that sometimes what you buy isn't exactly right for you. If you're having problems, particularly with software or computer hardware, please contact us immediately--often, we're able to provide simple solutions to installation questions or operational issues. We're also happy to consult with you on integrating products you purchase from us with other equipment. Our return policy is simple. You may return anything ordered from us within 30 days for exchange, credit, or refund EXCEPT the following:
If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise or need to report a shortage, you must contact us within 10 days for adjustment. Defective videos, software, or electronic charts may be returned for replacement with the same title. All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns without a RMA. To obtain a RMA, please send e-mail to us at returns@waypoints.com, telephone us at (510) 769-1547, or fax to (510) 769-1573. Please have your invoice number available when you contact us. All products must be in salable condition, in original packaging, and complete with all manuals, warranty cards, or accessories. Shipping charges will not be refunded except for shipments made in error. Please ship all returns via an insured carrier; for your protection, you may want to use a shipper that can track packages. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returned merchandise.
